YOGA IN THE HEART LINE IN THE ALMODÔVAR LIBRARY

Yoga on the Heart Line was born in the Alentejo and returns to the Alentejo, to the Heart of the Alentejans. The Alentejo is one of the most beautiful places in Portugal and one of the most special places in the world. With its very own characteristics, it attracts people of all nationalities. Silence, simplicity and space are the main characteristics. Those born in the Alentejo carry these characteristics in their heart, as well as a giant heart full of love.

Yoga on the Heart Line returns to the Alentejo to free hearts from the sadness accumulated by past generations. To free the hearts imprisoned by dogmas and fears. To free the hearts from judgements, criticism and condemnation. To free the hearts and bring observation, enlightenment, consciousness and clarity. Personal power and responsibility. Infinite possibilities to live in joy. In respect for body, health and pleasure. In connection with the soul. To expand every giant heart full of love.

And this is what we did on the 19th of November 2022 in the Almodovar library, helping to expand each giant heart full of love. Yoga in the heart line raised vibrations, transformed people and each one took the first step towards the true joy of life.
