REENCARNATION

Reincarnation is the belief that the soul or consciousness of a living being is reborn in a new physical body after biological death. Present in traditions such as Hinduism, Buddhism, Spiritism, and ancient philosophies, the concept focuses on continuous spiritual evolution and learning through multiple lives.

For yoga practitioners, reincarnation is part of the nature of life. We are spirits that inhabit the body during reincarnation, which literally means returning to the flesh, dnd after disincarnating (leaving the flesh), we return to our true state, the state of the spirit.

The entire practice of yoga aims at the evolution of the spirit in this school that is Planet Earth, in order to break free from the cycle of reincarnation, called the wheel of Samsara by Buddhists.

Moral and intellectual improvement in this school of life allows us to correct mistakes from past lives and learn new lessons in different contexts and with the same characters.

Times and landscapes change, but the characters remain the same until we free them in love. They are our family, friends, colleagues and sometimes just someone we pass on the street and have a feeling of déjà vu. I have seen this being before and I don't know where. There is a recognition at the soul level.

A true yoga practitioner sees life through the eyes of the soul, which guides the mind and body into absolute alignment in service to the Divine. In absolute alignment in service to Universal Love. For there is no evolution without Love. There is no improvement without true and sincere forgiveness.

Souls reincarnate countless times to settle karmic debts, residues of negative actions (abuse, theft, selfishness) from past lives that manifest in the present as challenges, illnesses or financial difficulties, based on the law of cause and effect.

When we are aware of karmic dynamics, we never see our relationships in the same way again. We understand that we chose our father and mother to reincarnate in this family because of the lessons we have to learn, and they too.

Past actions generate present experiences, aiming at learning and spiritual evolution. They manifest intensely in relationships marked by immediate attraction, repetitive conflicts and emotional dependence, serving to balance debts from past lives. Change occurs by changing current habits.

Karmic Relationships: These are characterised by an intense and familiar connection, often chaotic, which awakens great wounds and potential. The purpose is not eternal suffering, but learning and overcoming repetitive patterns.

Law of Cause and Effect: Every thought, word, and action generates energy that returns, shaping the future and health. Conscious actions of compensation and love generate positive karma.

Karmic Debt: Refers to residues from past relationships or abuse that return, manifesting as illness, poverty, or interpersonal conflicts.

Identification: Signs include the feeling of ‘already knowing the person,’ strong emotional dependence, and the inability to leave the relationship despite the pain.

How to Transform: Liberation occurs through awareness, changing habits, forgiveness, and attitudes of compassion, forgiveness, and love.

Yoga in the heart line helps to manifest karmic cleansing in this life, with the full awareness that only love saves lives and souls on our way back home.
