REACHING THE TOP OF THE MOUNTAIN



To reach the top of the mountain is to get close to the sky. Up there, near the sky the air is clean, pure. Everything is beautiful, beautiful, simple and perfect. Silence is heard. Calm reigns. Everything in life is a mirror of your inner self.


Where are your thoughts? Where do your feelings go? What are your intentions?


The primary goal of yoga is Union with God, with the energy of the Divine creation.

Yoga means Union. First Union of your Self: physical part, mental part, spiritual part. Action, aligned with thought and feeling. Second your Self in Union with the Universe, with the All, with the energy of Creation. This Union is part of your nature as a Human Being, it does not depend on you, what depends on you is the awareness you have of it and the way you use it. This is where yoga in the heart line works, in the way you use your energy of creation. The more you are in alignment with your heart, the more you use your creation energy in Love. For your Good and the Good of others. The more you are in alignment with your heart, the happier you feel. The more you radiate joy around you and infect others with your smile and well-being. That wellness transforms into health, abundance and prosperity in all areas of your life.


On Earth and in Heaven

The more you are in alignment with your heart the more you raise your vibration. Your vibration is what you take from the Earth when you pass away. If on Earth your spirit is truly happy and free, when you leave your body you will continue to be happy and free. If your spirit is suffering, angry, attached and restless when you disincarnate, your vibration will be the same.


The middle way

The middle way is really your heart. The unconditional love for yourself that will be reflected by the unconditional love for others. The middle way is the one you choose to act from your heart or from your mind. The middle way is when you use your free will to follow your life plan or follow the life plan that others want for you. The middle way is when you place your hands in the centre of your chest and breathe deeply through your heart and you are at peace. The middle way is when you stop on your way to look around you and observe the landscape carefully because everything in life is a mirror of your inner self.
