For everything in life there must be delivery, commitment, determination, will.

Yoga is no exception. It is an act of Self-Love.


Taking care of your thoughts, your body and your emotions is an act of Self Love. This Self-Love creates quality of life.


Quality of life is having Health first. The loving way you treat yourself. The way you take care of yourself. The way you feel joy and pleasure in your life. The way you fully accept yourself and honor your Being.


Quality of life is making your body strong, flexible, balanced, light, loose, free. It's feeling every organ full of energy working to perfection. It's understanding that your body is perfect just the way it is and that it needs care and attention.


Quality of life is breathing the wonderful breath of life that is the pure air we breathe that gives us energy, vitality, movement. Give thanks every morning to all the trees that give us oxygen!


Quality of life is having thoughts that add value and love to you. That make you feel joy and bring you prosperity. That make you feel calm and bring you confidence. That make you feel happiness and bring you creativity.


Quality of life is having a quality relationship with yourself.


Yoga gives you that quality of life. In the silence of your Being. In perfect inner connection you move and expand out the best of yourself to the whole world.
